You’ll see the picture on the left is the last remaining photo before I committed to my own transformation journey.


Back then, I was anxious, skinny-fat, weak, and easily intimidated. I didn’t realize it at the time, but my body and life would soon be changed forever.


Fast forward to today: the second picture isn’t just a one-time photo-shoot achievement. This is what I actually look like, every day.

My whole mindset and approach to life completely transformed.

I stopped always feeling sorry for myself.

I stopped avoiding life and saying NO to opportunities that secretly, deep down, I really wanted. 

I stopped chasing diet and workout programs.

I stopped struggling with fluctuations in my weight and my eating.
